La
cucina è ricca e propone una vasta scelta di specialità tipiche trentine,
ricco buffet delle verdure; tutte le sere come antipasto: piccolo assaggio
di specialità della casa. Colazione a Buffet, dolce e salato. L' hotel propone
durante la settimana brindisi di benvenuto, cena a lume di candela con intrattenimento
musicale e cena a buffet; in estate pranzo tipico in baita alpina di proprietà.
The excellent kitchen offers a vast choice of dishes, and in particular
delicious specialities of Trentino region; buffet and salted and sweet
breakfast. During the week we offer welcome drink, buffet, candle-light
dinner and in the summer a tipical lunch in our own chalet in the mountain.

Küche bietet ein reiches Angebot an Gerichten und Spezialitäten aus dem
Trentino: Salat-und Nachspeisenbüffet, jeden Abend gibt es als Vorspeise
eine kleine Kostprobe der Spezialitäten des Hauses. Unser frühstücksbüffet
bietet sowohl " würziges " als auch "süßes".
Einmal pro Woche bietet das Hotel einen Willkommenstrunk, Candle-Light-Dinner,
Abendessen vom Büffet und ein typisches Abendessen in der Berghütte des
Hotels.
