How we’ve been getting ready to welcome you

The safety of our staff and guests is always our top priority

 

The time has finally come when we can view the present and the future in an optimistic light.

Over the last few months we’ve seen how people have been longing to get out and breathe in the healthy, clean air found in our mountains.

During the lockdown we’ve been able to look at various options and come up with even better ways to take care of you, introducing new services and opportunities.
 

 

  • FAST CHECK-IN (ONLINE CHECK-IN)
    A few days before your arrival we will send you an email with a form to fill out with your details, reducing your waiting time in reception.
     
  • HOTEL ACCESS
    At the entrance you will find new automatic doors, eliminating any contact with surfaces.
     
  • DISINFECTANT GEL
    Dispensers are located in the reception, and at the entrance to the restaurant, bar, gym and spa.
     
  • ROOM ACCESS
    You will be provided with a sanitised card in a protective sleeve for room access. A limited number of rooms still use a keyring. Where this is the case, as you would expect, the keyring will be disinfected each time it is used.
     
  • CLEANING OF ROOMS AND OTHER SPACES
    Each room is cleaned after every guest. This is in addition to the daily cleaning of the shared spaces and special deep cleaning and disinfecting of the lifts and their control panels.
     
  • ACCESS TO THE WELLNESS CENTRE
    Access to our “Dolomiti Spa” is via advance booking, for up to a maximum of one hour and a half, and is limited to a total of 10 people.
    Just book the day before and we will leave a spa kit in your room, which includes a bathrobe, slippers and towel.
    And don’t forget that you can also book personalised massages whenever you like, including via our digital concierge!

  • FOOD AND DRINK
    Tables in the restaurant are set up to ensure social distancing guidelines. This is one of the reasons why we have extended opening hours from 7pm to 8.45pm
    As for breakfast, just order what you like by choosing at an appropriate distance from the buffet and you will be served at your table.
    And for dinner, you can consult our digital concierge service directly on your smartphone and choose your favourite dishes from the daily menu.
     
  • PERSONALISED EXPERIENCE
    Thanks to our new digital concierge service, information on the hotel, Madonna di Campiglio, advice on walks, and massage booking is just a click away – or just ask for information directly from our staff!
    Upon request and payment, you will have the opportunity to take the serological test directly at the hotel.

  • CANCELLATION POLICIES?
    You can book in complete confidence and security. In addition, get a full refund up to 15 days before the date of your arrival!
