Wellness path
Entry allowed from 18 years of age
Water, warmth and silence come together in a space designed to rejuvenate body and mind.
We have created a wellness path that will lead you through the Turkish bath, the bio-sauna and the Finnish sauna, stimulating sweating and blood circulation in different ways; the beneficial effect on the body will be complete, treating yourself to truly special moments in the sensory showers before accessing the relaxation area and the herbal tea corner.
Turkish bath (or steam sauna)
takes place in an environment where humidity can reach 100%. This creates a fine mist on the skin, which settles and encourages perspiration. The temperature is around 45 degrees.
Finnish Sauna
The temperature is much higher in the Finnish sauna, which reaches 90°.
Its origin can be traced back to the Scandinavian huts of the Middle Ages, where water was poured onto stones heated by fire. The resulting steam greatly increased the internal temperature of the small dwelling, which was necessary to withstand the harsh conditions outside.
Bio-Sauna
The bio-sauna, on the other hand, represents a kind of middle ground, with a temperature of around 60-65 degrees and steam generated by special herbs, recreating the effect of a hay bath.
