Wellness Path Entry allowed from 18 years of age
Water, heat and silence come together in an environment designed to restore both body and mind.
Our wellness path guides you through the Turkish bath, bio-sauna and Finnish sauna, each stimulating perspiration and circulation in a different way. The beneficial effects on your body are then completed with a sensory shower experience, before you enter the relaxation area and herbal tea corner for truly special moments.
Turkish Bath (steam bath)
A warm, humid environment where humidity levels can reach up to 100%. A light mist settles on the skin, encouraging perspiration. The temperature is around 45°C.
Finnish Sauna
The Finnish sauna, instead, reaches temperatures of up to 90°C. Its origins are linked to medieval Scandinavian huts, where water was thrown onto fire-heated stones. The resulting steam dramatically increased the internal temperature, offering much-needed warmth during harsh winters.
Bio-sauna
The bio-sauna is a balanced middle ground, with temperatures around 60–65°C and steam infused with special aromatic herbs, recreating the sensation of a traditional hay bath.
