While the glow of the wood and the large windows enhances your evening, you can savor the traditional dishes of Trentino: canederli, polenta with venison, strangolapreti, barley soup, apple strudel, and carrot cake.

How many restaurants does the Hotel Crozzon have?
The hotel has two distinct areas. The Ristorante Crozzon is the main dining room, serving seasonal Trentino cuisine in a warm, mountain-style atmosphere. The Winestube Crozzon is the more intimate and convivial option, also open to non-residents, specialising in traditional dishes to share and selected wines.
What’s on the menu at Ristorante Crozzon?
The cuisine celebrates the flavours of Trentino using fresh, seasonal ingredients. In winter, hot dishes and traditional mountain recipes; in summer, lighter options featuring alpine herbs and local produce. The wine list focuses on wines from Trentino and Italy. The restaurant is AIC-certified for coeliacs and offers menus tailored to those with lactose intolerance or following a vegetarian diet.
What is Winestube Crozzon?
Winestube is a cosy space with an intimate atmosphere and natural wood finishes. Its signature dish is the beef bourguignonne, followed by the local cheese fondue: both are convivial rituals to be savoured slowly in good company. It is also open to non-residents and is the perfect place for an evening that’s a bit different from a traditional restaurant.
Can guests on a half-board basis have dinner at the Winestube?
Yes: guests on half-board receive a gift voucher to use at the Winestube Crozzon, so they can sample the stube’s traditional dishes in addition to their half-board package.
Is the restaurant suitable for people with coeliac disease and food allergies?
Yes. The Crozzon Restaurant is certified by AIC (Italian Coeliac Association) and offers special menus for coeliacs, lactose-free diners and vegetarians. A personalised packed lunch is also available upon booking for those spending the day on a hike or on the slopes.
Is there anything special on the culinary front this summer?
Yes. Once a week, lunch is served in the hotel’s mountain hut, set amidst the summer Alpine landscape: an authentic experience that goes beyond the typical hotel restaurant.
