Our specialty?
The heart of our culinary offer is the Bourguignonne, featuring premium cuts of meat and a rich assortment of sauces (tartar, mustard, barbecue, green sauce, and many more).
For cheese lovers, we also serve the Trentingrana Fondue from Val Rendena, accompanied by wholemeal, rye and durum wheat bread croutons.
Your experience begins with a chef’s entrée, homemade bread with Trentino oil and mountain butter, and a fresh crudité selection with seasonal vegetables and a beetroot gazpacho.
To end on a sweet note, a selection of petit fours completes the experience.
